My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were really comfortable and quiet, though there were a few things that could be improved. The service was top-notch, especially from the head concierge Mr Val, who provided genuine personalized service. The location was perfect for accessing the subway and nearby shops and restaurants. The dining experience was good, but there is room for improvement. Overall, a great value for money.
